I think there are more govt agencies that follow the same plan, by that I mean most of them.
This is why so many are freaking about DOGE.
The mafia was busted for financial crimes. It’s too hard to prove other crimes. Money crimes leave trails. I think Rudy G is all over this operation.

You forgot the part where NGO’s invest the USAID money in stock market and keep the profits for themselves and family.
I don’t know about you, but the interest Stacey Abrams would get on $2B would be $200M per year assuming an average of 10% return.
THAT is the game. They can say see, we still have the USAID money in the account and give that away slowly but keep the interest for themselves and Dem /RINO causes.
