Hawaii, New Jersey and Oregon are the only states at less than 30 percent fluoridation, with Hawaii under 10, New Jersey under 20 and Oregon less than 30. Idaho and Montana are less than 1/3. All other states are above 40 percent and most of those are well above 50 percent. Portland, Tucson, Honolulu and Wichita are the only large metro areas that do not fluoridate water.

Must be a lot of wealthy elites in Hawaii who know the scam and don't want to be poisoned in their tropical hideaways.

I heard on the radio that Hawaii bans fluoridation but the US military demands it on all installations so that is the only fluoridated water there.
