Pathetic. The police should have a dolly crane like they have in auto machine shops for lifting and moving engines. Just put a noose under the miscreant's armpits, hook it to the crane, lift up and withdraw. If their feet drag on the floor, too bad. Something like that could speed up resistant removals by maybe a factor of 5. Once people realize that there is sufficient brute force to easily (and uncomfortably) overcome their "resistance," the appeal will wilt. It is really important to show these people they are insignificant.
