Not really. By this time, most illegals probably know their options. Though to those illegals hoping for a "white knight" option to save them from having to leave the U.S., the ad might sound like it's proposing just such a way via use of the app. It isn't. The wording is correct -- if they self-report by using the app, they CAN potentially earn a huge reward - that of possibly being allowed to legally immigrate to the U.S. The ad omits the "AND self-deporting" part of the deal, but one might say it's a "marketing ploy" to get them to focus on the positive aspects of something they don't want to do.
Or, it could be a scam.

While I'm all about getting rid of illegal immigrants, I am wary about technocratic snitch tyranny. Mere months ago, we could have been (probablg were) the targets....
Sounds a little fishy. I get crime rewards but this seems a little too “KGB-Rewards Program” to me. 😂😂
