Interesting choice of words, "The Appeals Court ALLOWS Trump".

The court system doesn't have the authority to make decision on what the President can or cannot do. The court system has the ability to interpret the laws of the land and make rulings based on the laws.

If Trump broke a law and was found guilty of 'High Crimes and Misdemeanors' then the remedy is called impeachment.
