The mic in the face ? Could have been an attack or dry run ? Who was the person who did it ? Was the mic cover tested ? Why is this even allowed with all the assassin attempts the past year ? Was the person held ? Questioned ?

Could’ve easily become an attack, or used as one with something nefarious on the mic. Though I think this was just blatant foolishness on the part of the journalist assistant. Trump seemed unfazed by it, and no reports of him having any issues after.
I’m sure a boom/mic won’t get that close again though.
That person won’t be near potus ever again.
I remember Pelousy tried something at the SOTU, but Trump didn't shake her hand.
