He’s going after 2 Agencies whose primary responsibilities were handled by other agencies to a far more competent degree at a fraction of the cost.

Until politicians got it in their head that they needed to strip those responsibilities from the agencies already doing them effectively and create entirely new ones just to focus on those narrow areas.

And the last 5 of them just shouldn’t really exist and don’t particularly have much value beyond being make work reward jobs for donors.
