I use a computer with a big screen and am not fond of using cellphones for business. These days they seem to be pushing people away from using a computer and making g the cellphone apps easy while neglecting computer users. For me it's more about my poor vision than the tech.
I hear you! Actually for me it is not vision problems but hearing. And having to call people to pay or explain anything is getting worse and worse - from Indian call centers to AI created by millenials. It all sucks!

I haven't used any type of banking since 2019. Everything required to thrive here is provided free of charge. Y'all need to get out of Babylon.
