Now you know why Trump is doing what ever he can to push interest rates back to near zero... including risking a recession (according to the elitists) through his use of tariffs. If he uses the money coming from tariffs to pay down debt and can get the interest rate back to near zero, the loan roll-over that is coming won't destroy the economy the way these commie khazar mafia fucks intend.
Which is why Bessant keeps talking about the long term plan and not caring about short term recession.
Will he gets more back from tariffs than the 4 trillion in upcoming tax cuts? Say 2 trillion, if you deduct the savings from DOGE.What is the estimated income from the tariffs?
I can't find projections... I imagine it's hard to project, but someone has some numbers somewhere I'm sure. I also don't give a fuck about "paying" for tax cuts. But, between DOGE cuts and tariff income, Trump has a good start on things. Then there's also that Gold "green card" deal - not sure how many people will take him up on that, but some will. Maybe more as the rest of the world tanks economically thinking they can fight Trump.
