Wasn't Robin Williams diagnosed with Parkinson's, revealed after his death to actually be Lewy-body dementia, which can only be diagnosed after death?
As brilliant a comedian as Robin Williams was, he was also a very, very troubled man. I can see such a diagnosis sending him over the edge.
To show what Lewy-body dementia does to you...Ted Turner is still alive. He's been a vegetable for years.
Yeah and the death of his friend Chris Reeve hit him hard. I think if he was still alive Robin wouldn't have offed himself.
When Reeve got paralyzed, he was suicidal for a while too.
Then Robin Williams visited him in the hospital, making Reeve laugh for the first time since the accident.
That made Reeve think for the first time that maybe things were going to be okay.
Yh the recent documentary was really sad but inspiring too!
