We are talking World Politics between Nuclear powers. Kim is putting in the Best kine of visiting card, because they have nukes too. IMO, all the nuke powers should have some imput at some point, if only to sign a co-operative treaty.

The same should be done with hypersonics, and intermediate range missiles, but let's not get ahead of the game, because the chess board is being overthrown at the moment. What Trump is talking about, is the fair division of resources between those who legitimately can claim them, the establishment of sane trade-relations, the removal of sanctions (as favors and goodwill, at this point), and the promise of a disestablishment of funding stupid spook operations. IMO, Kim from Best Korea gets along well with Trump, and is just sending up a rocket-man signal to get a nice 'don't forget I like Melania too' visit.
