This shocked me until I noticed it was a month ago right after Trump took office. Of course, Trump would fire the joint chief of staff at that time. That was Biden's Jeff Zaiban or whatever his last name is. The guy that was actually running the white house and using the auto pen in Biden's stead.

Edit: check your dates frens, this was breaking news a month or so ago.
