Anybody know if the administration has at least sent an appeal to SCOTUS about these rogue rulings yet? If not, any idea why? If so, any idea if SCOTUS had replied yet about taking up the case yet or not?
Something tells me this is another part of the show. Basically have rogue judges stop every single thing we’re trying to do, to the point of ridiculous, then rule on it all at once?

Justice Roberts overturned one decision, thus not reinstating USAID pay-outs. But Roberts is a Soros/DS compromised Justice, who is not in favor of diminishing the courts power definitively.
I'm sure there are 5D chess moves at play here.
Besides all that, for example, I think Tesla's being torched and all this lunacy is just a scripted part of the show.
