Sounds like the JFK Jr. letter was rediscovered in the JFK files which just got released, which would be notable, because why is it in there? Either that or this website is clickbaiting off it. Regardless I doubt the two things have anything much to do with one another.
Totally bogus. Biden was pursuing his undergrad degree in '63.

To be fair, he likely was a commie traitor in college too.
University, a law firm, public Defender, politician.
Remember that Biden has never done anything but government and I believe he made deals back then even when he was in college because he didn’t have anything else he could do. He made a good soldier for the CIA or cabal or who knows what but he never was for America.
