I tried to find more info on this, is this something that was slowly introduced over time? The articles I found sounds like this is a legal part of the court system & helpful to the court system.
Authors of articles are usually biased.
It's not part of the court system because it is not under Article 3.
It's not even under Article 1, which can include legit courts.
It is all under Article 2, which means it is not constitutional.
This includes tax court, BTW.
