It is literally impossible to tell if it's a joke or not. Not being facetious. As I type this, I do not know whether a judge did or did not forbid Trump from using Air Force One. It's 50/50.

That means it could be fake. And, no one should be the least bit (as in zero) surprised that this or some other judge would issue such a ruling. Or, one far more preposterously absurd.
