The point I'm making is that the DOD used to be called the Dept of War prior to like the 1900s. Could this be a signal for the restoration of the republic? Just a thought but I find it an interesting choice of words

Well, if you want to cause a problem for someone you don't like, for like a Month, just walk around telling your friends in passing conversations that you think so-n-so is angry at you and will probably beat you up, but you don't know why....
After a bit, they'll do things to keep you two separated, an will not tell the other person why....
Then, when you run into them by chance, you simply go on the offense and attack....
In their minds, you were probably justified, since he was already going to attack anyway....
Now apply that to the DOD, an presto Changeo, we are in Vietnam, Afghanistan. Nairobi, Nicaracua, Colombia. an many other places....
