That's the thing, I would call it the main Question....

As Long as she keeps her Stomach satiate with water, a bit salinic, it should help her body destroy Fat in a massive way....

At first she gets Ketosis, but with a light Saline solution will avoid other problems, and maybe just a touch of Phosphorous, as long as she's kept Walking when not sleeping, I foresee no problems....
