This is exactly what President Trump is doing right now: taking away all the grenades and dirty bombs from the cabal.

The courts have been the primary source of the liberal cancer since the 1930's. Abortion, contraception, gay marriage to name a few. The left circumvent the popular will and uses the judiciary all the time.
They could always reassign these judges to let's say, Juno Alaska. It's not Siberia but the next best thing. "Court is in recess as there is a 600lb grizzly bear destroying my kitchen at home".
