At least in Zimbabwe, after white farmers and workers left and the economy cratered... there wasn't a nasty civil war to destroy the remains.
In South Africa, I fully expect to see tribal warfare and civil war tear the nation apart after the economy crumbles. Everything remaining will be looted, stolen or burned. South Africa will return to the 1800's within a few years.
South Africa will be far worse than Zimbabwe.
