The reason we're here is to learn the difference between good and evil. You can't be exposed to evil while in heaven. You have to come down to Earth to be exposed to it. But still, you'd be amazed by how many people manage to isolate themselves from evil and never get exposed to it. They live in a perfect little bubble.
