My company has started blocking (apparently for phishing) - pdw still gets through though.
I seem to recall it being mentioned there was an alternate URL I can use, is that the case?

Since you are using company gear, I won't advice you how to co-mingle your private matters with company business, especially when on windows. .....
From a basic internet health perspective, you should separate these two.
If you really must make a private call during the time your boss is paying you, then use your own gear. But remember, you are under contract ....
If your gear is not allowed in the space, then bad luck, fren. You simply have to wait your turn till you are out of there.
It's just an imported dns profile catagorisation. It's possible to challenge them, just thought it would be easier to use a url that sidesteps the catagorisation.
Yeah ... easily done those imported profiles. But, it is not "JUST" that. It is a policy decision to work with those, for a reason. Now, normally I would applaud circumvention of restriction measures.
There are ways to do it,but it really depends on the infra and the measures taken whether an approach works or not.

I don't think you can alternate it. But you might be able to access it direct via its IP address, whatever that is. can't you use a VPN?
When you say "My company" do you mean your employer?
IP is: 104.21.16.1 but http makes it impossible to go there by IP anymore. I used to keep a list of IPs in case of DNS failure but the last few years it doesn't work.
Blocked by the wifi or the hardware? If the wifi is free then get a cheap unitasker phone from ebay and a phone mount. Get off the company stuff.
Hardware, I have an ipad but it's just easier to browse using my company laptop.
