I've been arguing for weeks for eliminating the DC federal court. Franklin Roosevelt, who held the record for placing communists in the government until Obama came along, created it for I'm sure no pure motives. DC right now has the same population Virginia (not a huge state) had in 1791. No small city, and DC is a small city, has any business with its own federal court. Fire them all and eliminating their lavish federal retirement would be fine with me too except for the one or two good ones.
