Communicating information you don't want released to the public while on a compromised non-DoD endorsed chat/app is indeed wrong, especially when there are no controls in place with who is in the chat, nor restrictions on being able to screenshot the chat and pass along the information.

At its core this is a problem, regardless of Pete downplaying this. Has Bidens admin done this there would be proper room to ridicule.
