I don't think some know how SIGINT works in real time or about the Wizards and Warlocks (Guardians of the Information). When MI knows what's going down there is nothing that isn't captured. If it's digital, they have it all.

How about they knew in 2018. If you'd checked the Q drops you'd see that Q first alerted us to Signal on Jan. 27, 2018. Before that Q said FISA works both ways.
