While in the Philippines this past Dec., I bought 4 shirts made in Vietnam. Good quality and price, and MOST importantly not Chinese.
The Philippines has tariffs on everything from outside the country, I hope they follow Vietnam's example.
And we will drop tarrifs agensts Vietnam. It's that simple. They're going after China in a big way.

Vietnam loves American business but there are a lot of factories that are owned by Chinese.
