Its a pretty brutal disease. I'm actually surprised it wasn't weaponized instead of manufacturing a new "SARS" disease entirely.
It was. Gates went over to India after convincing them that a super strain was going to strike. They vaxxed a lot of kids. They ended up with thousands dead ( approx 30,000) and about 468,000 ended up crippled from polio caused by the vax.
He does seem to have an insiders view on what diseases are going to be weaponized publicly before they are known... or even exist
