I have strong memories of Karen Carpenter singing "Winter Wonderland" - the whole song, not just in a medley, all the verses. Late '70s to early '80s. She was all over the radio back then, you couldn't miss it. It wasn't Anne Murray, Anne had a fine voice, but no one sounded like Karen.
Somehow I can't find a recording or a mention or a youtube or anything of that performance now.

Those are both medleys - after about 1 minute, it becomes a different song. Thanks for trying...
Do you also remember in 1977 singing along to Queen's We Will Rock You / We are the Champions? The final "of the woooooorrrllld!" has since vanished.
Wait, what? I remember singing that!!
I've got a set of the Carpenters songs. These are the Christmas/Religious songs listed:
Merry Christmas, Darling.
Santa Claus is Coming to Town
Christ is Born
White Christmas
Little Altar Boy
Ave Maria
Could it have been one of these?? Maybe White Christmas?
