Other than nutritional deficiencies, poisoning, radiation-related problems, and injury, I too suspect parasites are the biggest health danger we face. The things I do for parasite control:
Ivermectin horse paste monthly by weight
Methylene Blue about 3 - 4 times a week
Fenbendazole once or twice a year for a week
Artemisinen once or twice a year for a week
Nicotine patches 3 - 4 days a week
The Ivermectin I've taken since Dec of 2020.
The others I've added more recently (in within the last year) as I've learned about them.
No sickness of any kind since late 2019. Planning to keep this up forever.
I just discovered the Methylene blue myself and I've noticed a difference. And I take ivermectin a few days every other month. I'm just now learning about nicotine patches and I have a package of them left over from when my husband used them. I do know about fenben and have a window open to buy some but this is the first I've seen of artemisinen so I'll have to look into that one.
I have a package of nicotine patches but hesitant to do it because I got sick to my stomach with nicotine gum. Did that patches make you nauseous? Just wondering guess I need to JUST DO IT
Where do I get it that it’s not already seen by the gubmint as a threat and is turned into being just a pasty placebo? And in significant enough amounts to make a difference without breaking the bank?
Love the methylene blue as well. I am using about 1-15 mg every 2 - 3 days. What dosage are you using? Also, what does the artemisinen target and what dosage?
For methylene blue I make a "cocktail" using the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of mineral salt, 6 oz of either distilled water or seltzer water, which is greatly preferred by my wife, 3 drops of methylene blue and a dropper of nascent iodine (not necessary for the methylene blue but good for all cells and used by the thyroid to produce T4 and T3) stirred until the salt is dissolved. I added it because it penetrates the blood/brain barrier, something Ivermectin does not do. It has a yuck flavor; the "cocktail" masks the flavor and the dilution is such that it doesn't stain my mouth or teeth.
Artemisinen is another anti-malarial extracted from sweet wormwood. I added it, as well as the nicotine patch, to my regimen based on the thought that it may target some parasites that are not targeted by the other things I'm using. When I take it I use 200 mg daily. There is a warning on the bottle against using it if pregnant or breast feeding.

Personally, I feel nothing from the patch and sometimes forget its on.
I’ve never heard of the benefits of nicotine patches. Is it also anti-parasitic??
According to Dr. Ardis

I get horse paste from Valley Vet and the rest from Amazon.

Amen, a_man!
I feel like I’ve been working for 3 years now and still seeing the critters.
