I feel like there’s something about the Arctic circle that’s going to trigger a scramble for Africa type deal. Except it’ll largely be the U.S and Russia competing. With maybe a side show from a couple Nordic countries.
Though you’d likely not push for developing cities without a specific reason. As that’s a lot of infrastructure and investment to put for fairly generic statements about economic access and improving sea routes that were of questionable quality and use prior to.
I'm thinking that this whole Global Warming/Green New Deal Scam was to: steal our money; hide what's going on in the Arctic/Antartica/North Pole.
