If they're using the funding to pay foreign entities to overthrow USA, that should be considered treason.
Exactly. And who or what are these NGOs? Operated or owned by foreigners of countries hostile with the US?
Huh... Just had a thought. Does this include most of Congress? Don't most of them have dual citizenship? Are they citizens of countries that are hostile to the US? Because most of them are definitely resisting US laws and giving aid and comfort to our enemies. 🧐

good points here on treason. - another thought, does supporting membership in the UN, or failing to reform it or get us out, equal treason for supporting a supranational government of death & corruption? (UNESCO and WHO — I had to look it up, WHO s a specialized agency of the UN) It has to with the bioweapons
They are not openly hostile. They create war and wage war by deception. It doesn't change the fact that they are at war with us. Openly or in the shadows it matters not.
There are people on our side (some probably on here) that would consider racketeering to be treason.
