Probably half those people are being replaced with AI. The rest were cut because the taps are being turned off and money is drying up. Both Venture Capital, Government contracts, and otherwise

He's making mistakes that others I've worked for made and are no longer here. Anytime I see "flattening of management" and "speed" that means double to triple work loads and hiring freezes.
