One. She wasn't used by the commission. Helen Markham. The rest gave testimony about hearing the shot. They all put the time at 1:06. Oswald left his house at 1:00. He could not have made it to the scene in time.
Witnesses saw him fleeing the shooting.
Saw someone fleeing the shooting. There was also witnesses who place two police cars there before the shooting. One was in the alley. Some witnesses say they saw two people leaving the scene.
Witnesses saw him go into the Texas theater and called the cops.
Why? How did they know he was wanted for anything? Don't people usually go into theaters? There was no description of Oswald put out at that time.
You can go with witness testimony if you want but in GreatAwakening I thought you'd be smart enough to see through that.
Ellen Markham absolutely testified the commission. She also picked Oswald out of a lineup. Two women who saw Oswald running away from them picked him out of a lineup and pointed cops to where the shells were. Two employees of a car lot saw Oswald come pass them holding a gun and picked him out of a lineup.

Because shortly after the shooting of JD Tippet, the neighborhood was flooded with cop cars with police sirens wailing.
As police cars were coming down the street Oswald ducked into a shoe store. The clerk felt he was acting nervous and suspicious. Like he was not curious about the sirens outside more like he was turning his back, more like he was turning his back to the street so that nobody would see him. Clerk thought this was weird and ended up following him. The clerk saw him go into the Texas movie theater. And asked the ticket girl if that guy had just bought a ticket. She said she was looking down the street where the cop cars had gone and didn't see him and he didn't buy a ticket. That's when they decided to call the police. Because perhaps this guy acting like he was avoiding the cops as the guy the cops were looking for. Many witnesses in the theater saw Oswald attack the cops and take out his gun.
Yea. One guy in a tshirt with his face obviously beat and bruised and four guys who button down shirts with clean faces. Think seriously about what you've been told.
Clerk thought this was weird and ended up following him.
Think seriously about what you've been told. The theater manager says Oswald was there and bought concessions before the movie even started which would make this timeline impossible. Who's story is more realistic?
It's amazing that you can live in an era of corruption but have zero idea of how far back it goes.
You're right it's Helen. I'm doing speech to text.
Yea. One guy in a tshirt with his face obviously beat and bruised
If I see you and then I see you with a black eye and bruises on your face. I'm still able to recognize you
And also man how unlucky is that Oswald guy. Gets bruises on his face from attacking a cop in front of like 15 people. And that helps the lady who saw you shoot a cop identify you when the police line out man unlucky dude.
And the cops only know you're in the theater because you ducked into some store while cop, cars and sirens were rushing around and the guy in the store thought you were suspicious. How unlucky is that?
I mean maybe you should have stayed at work like everybody else who worked there and talked about the crazy events of the day. But you run out. Get your jacket. Get your pistol end up shooting a cop in front of witnesses. Then get beat up as you trying to pull the gun on the cops who were arresting you. I mean that is a seriously unlucky day.
