I don't know how English courts work, but maybe it's time to dust off the Magna Carta and presumably the related cases of common law and see where that goes. Common sense and justice needs returning through the law. Through the centuries, there has to be a history of the law upholding freedom. Protest and outrage aren't working. Britain has devolved into blasphemy to freedom.
It's supposed to be a common law country, but they've manage to bury all that under statutes, just like they try to do in the U.S. Fortunately, some Americans will still fight for their rights.
