There is historical speculation that Hitler had a daughter out of wedlock with his cousin...who he was obsessed with, but she died via a dodgy suicide I think perhaps in the late 1920's?

You're thinking of Geli Raubal, who was his half-niece. She died apparently by suicide, in 1931.
