Basically set up the deep state. The 1947 law that created the cia and the secret government.

Something tells me we have a parallel breakaway civilization. That’s one conspiracy I didn’t believe. I believe USAID and other programs were siphoning off money to these people. The out right rage at Elon is beyond normal. He basically gutted the financing for the deep state right before they go for their final assault on humanity.
