A lot of those programs are at the federal level. Section 8, Medicaid, SNAP, etc. Also money funneled through NGO's. Elon is taking a chainsaw to those programs now. Once the funding is gone, a lot of the problems should take care of themselves.
What a blessing thst would be ,, I’m grateful for what IS happening I just really believe the missing link is at least a few arrest ,, this would keep their mouths shut ,, judges etc .
