Ok, now do not ask yet, but the 'constitution' Grog leans on hard is a British constitution.
To best of my knowledge there is no such paper. My understanding is that the British constitution is based on 'traditional values' and 'practices' but a people's contract does in fact not exist there as well. Yup huge can of worms here. ok, my friend been a slice but RL calling for a bit. I thank you very much and will return tomorrow.
