Since "staged" means to make it look as real as possible, it is inevitable that the real thing will, by definition, "look staged." So, lay out all the reasons why this could not be the real thing, if you please. That complete absence of expression on her face is pretty convincing to me that it is real. You don't get to that without being overwhelmed and drained.
