There are TWO choices;
Either the Federal Judges cut it out, and the Judiciary can keep some modest image of being somewhat impartial (not corrupt)...
... or the Federal Courts can be considered PARTIAL, CORRUPT and NON-FUNCTIONING. By law, that allows for Military Tribunals to be utilized in place of the non-functional Federal Court System.
