I said it years ago when i saw the video in chicago at a NGO building with city warming busses , a guy outside on the corner sidewalk filming trying to get in the building and the personnel brought the cops over with papers saying they were not allowed in,and thats when i knew they were registering them to vote and giving them #SSN.
