Yes. And everyone is ignoring the elephant in the room, the 109% corrupt “judges”.
Until the courts are American again, trials are pointless.
I thought our hopelessly corrupt judicial system is why we're relying on military tribunals at Gitmo.

GITMO has only so much capacity. It need to be reserved for worst of the worst / treasonous satanic pedos.
There are hundreds of thousands of sealed indictments, many foot soldiers and mid level tools (I.e. ballot cheaters, pedos, traffickers, etc) that will have to go through the civilian courts and prisons.
