This Demon is possibly the reincarnation of Elisabeth Bathory. It definitely sacrifices and eats children.

A few months ago it announced at some Young Global Leaders' shitshow that the EU pledged to "vaccinate 500 million children" by 2030. That number and that date ring any bells? When evil speaks to you directly, know it.
