Anyone else here surprised Deep State Creepo Roberts didn't back Xinis? I guess even he knew that would be too much to do for his Puppet Masters.
Roberts is skating on very thin ice now and probably knows it, due to the recent revelations of his secret club "The American Inns of Court", the leak that he has strong-armed the other SC justices to meddle in Trump's cases, also his staying a week in Prague at Norm Eisen's 150 room mansion. Coupling those things with the fact that he personally appointed all the judges who played foul on the FISA warrants during Trump's first term, and the lingering concern that he surrendered his man card at Little St. James Island and might be blackmailed by Epstein material and its quite easy to assume he's a very bad apple. So he may be holding his dirty self back so as not to openly add even more tarnish to his lousy image.

Not surprised because it didn't matter how he ruled. He knows his ruling wouldn't have any effect on what El Salvador does or doesn't do. So this way he gets to act like he's a conservative when he has no authority anyway. Roberts ruling on El Salvador is the same as me ruling on them. Basically it's pissing up a rope.
