Down here in SC, that was not that long ago. Plus NO liquor sales on Sunday

NC same. Liquor stores (ABC) closed on Sunday. My county didn't sell beer/wine on Sunday before noon until someone opened a brunch restaurant and got the ordinance changed to 10AM..
