Exactly like bombing - minimize collateral damage so they don't have to rebuild entire cities... precision hits of the target only.
There is no doubt in my mind if China could create a virus that only kills whites, they would. There are obviously distinct genetic traits that differentiate people. The virus could look for a specific trait and then go into kill mode.
I forgot the title of the video - but did you see the one that essentially was a conference where they were discussing how they could genetically target this proverbial "god gene" and tongue in cheek - in not so many words they eluded to the fact they could turn off the genes for violent Mooslim extremists...
