But official denials don’t mean as much as they used to these days. With all the back room dealing going on. Could be someone just broke the story earlier than intended. So now they’re saving face and denying it

It should be easy enough to confirm. Actual people are going to have to man the airbase. They won't be able to keep it a secret.
Need more on this to know it's actually true. Is it possible? Yes, but need more sauce from higher pay grades.
