Thats it???? All the so called foundations need investigating and prosecutions should follow.
Losing "tax exempt status" opens them up to prosecution and mandatory legal discovery. This is how you get their internal documents on the public record legally.
Assuming they haven't destroyed them and laundered the money already like most of these "Foundations" seem to do for their creators.
This is how the foot gets in the door.
