Above is the original post.
I just want to give a big thank you to John. After he posted his father in law’s results with arthrosclerosis, I did a month of therapy in November and then I repeated the therapy in March.
I did 2000 mg of lysine at 10 AM. 2000 mg of vitamin C at noon then I had a five hour eating period from 3 PM to 8 PM. Then followed by 2000 mg of lysine at 10 PM and 2000 mg of vitamin C at 11 PM. I was very strict about it being on an empty stomach and I barely missed any doses. I have 1-2 cup of water with each dose.
I think I’ve always avoided vitamin C because of kidney stones but now I realize I was really deficient in vitamin C.
I had an 85% blockage in my superior mesenteric artery and I just had my appointment today. The doctor said it’s 60% now, so that is a 25% improvement. A little part of me wanted it to be 100% open, but a 25% improvement is really big. I didn’t have a lot of discomfort after eating, but I can tell I’m more comfortable now after eating a big meal and I don’t have as much loose stools as I used to suffer with.
So I just wanted to say thank you to John and I couldn’t have done it without his advice. I also want say thank you to this community. You guys are so important to me. I love how we share information and lift each other up mentally, spiritually, and in health.
One question I have for John is how much do I take on a daily basis and how often should I repeat the treatment dose of 4000 mg of vitamin C and 4000my of lysine?
Thank you. I’m really happy about it.
Very happy to hear about your positive results!
If anyone did not get the results they were hoping for, I would recommend adding L-Proline 500mg 2x daily.
The more time you put between food and the doses, the more effective.
Some peoples' digestion is much slower, particularly if they have impaired liver or kidney function.
Clearly it does work, otherwise so many people wouldn't be testifying to their results.
Best of luck to all of you
TLDR- Fixed my congestive heart stuff a few years ago, forgot about it, now doing it again & it is slowly helping. I wish I had known this! Not that I have had my arteries checked yet, but I can get up the stairs much more easily. Did this the first time you posted & it lasted for about 2 years. Ended up with water retention again recently & am slowly getting back on track using 2k of each at the same time twice per day on as empty a stomach as I can get (mornings are almost always empty... Slow digestion sucks).
I will add L-Proline & see how much that helps with water retention too over the next month. I have some great days & others end up with more swelling than I like, though is it headed in the right direction for sure.
