I do not like the headline or attitude. Sounds like President Trump is getting the permission of the courts to do the job the US Constitution gives only him the power to do. The SC didn’t grant anything the President didn’t already have.

The Senate was the key. Getting key SCOTUS appointments was critical. The clearest example of 3 branch purposes. Congress makes the Law. Judicial interprets the Law. Executive enforces/executes those Laws. No branch can go outside their respective lanes to implement the others purposes. Expect the DS playbook to be used... clog up the courts to delay, delay and more delays. Epic fail. Thank God our founding fathers had the foresight to prevent that from happening.

"Temporarily" hiring and firing his own employees is explicitly his Constitutionally defined job. Thats the actual purpose of the Executive branch, and as Chief Executive Officer of the United States that authority starts with the President.

The crazy part here is its never come up. Congress gets a say on hiring because they are the ones that approve budget increase requests. They don't get a say on budget decreases because there is no legal mandate to spend too much. The Courts don't either, because there is no law giving executive branch powers to other branches.

So he can fire unelected Federal Employees at will. I would start with Amy Cuntface Barrett. I know she is a lifetime appointment but her entire staff is not. Fire all of them at least and send a message to this TRAITOR.
